WebbStand facing a worktop with 1 or 2 fingertips of both hands placed on the worktop. Ensure not to pull on the worktop surface but feel the weight press down trough your fingertips. With your toes pulled up lift your knee up in front of you. Hold this position for a moment ensuring your toes stay up. WebbSit up straight and tall with one foot on the floor. Gently raise one leg, knee straight, supporting your leg with both hands. Hold, relax and repeat several times with each leg. Loop an exercise band over one foot, holding the ends at waist level. Bend your knee and raise your thigh slightly, taking up the slack in the band with your hands.
