WebSpecial Olympics Young Athletes is a sport and play program for children with and without intellectual disabilities, ages two to twelve years old. The Youth Development Program introduces basic sport skills, like running, kicking and throwing. WebSpecial Olympics/Recreation Adults who have developmental disabilities may be interested in participating in recreational services provided by the Franklin County Board of Developmental Disabilities. Recreation programs are provided in the afternoons, evenings and weekends to eligible individuals who are enrolled in FCBDD programs.
